Ashley Persaud

Associate Marketing Manager

Ashley Persaud is the Associate Marketing Manager for The Quell Foundation and the First Responder Resilience Project, where she leads marketing and communications efforts that help break down the stigma surrounding mental health. She earned her degree in Advertising, Public Relations, and Social Media from Lynn University and is passionate about using storytelling to create meaningful conversations and connect people with hope.

Ashley brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Having navigated her own journey with depression and addiction, she understands the power of reaching out, finding support, and reminding others they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Her perspective shapes the way she approaches every campaign, striving to create content that is authentic, compassionate, and rooted in real experiences.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, staying active, fly fishing, and continuing to prioritize her own mental well-being through therapy, movement, and self-care. She believes that every story has the potential to reduce stigma and inspire someone else to seek support.
